The grand opening of a marina is an exciting event that marks the beginning of a new chapter for boaters and water enthusiasts alike. It’s a time to celebrate the hard work and dedication that went into creating a space that will provide endless hours of fun and relaxation conveniently located along the Seneca River. We take great pride in providing exceptional service and ensuring that our location is secure for all of our members and guests. As a valued member of our community, we would love for you to experience everything that our marina has to offer.

  • Annual Pricing

    MEMBERS: $1,650 


    NON-MEMBERS: $1,850

  • Docking Overview

    • All applicants will be placed on an appropriate waiting list (if applicable)
    • Boat LOA and beam measurements determine slip location eligibility.
    • Applicants are notified as slips become available and must respond by the deadline provided.
    • All new boats to harbor will be measured by Harbor Staff and inaccurate measurements may result in loss of slip and the submission of a new Seasonal Docking Application.
    • Applicants and boats remain on the waiting list and roll over from year to year as long as owner and boat details remain the same (notify us of any changes to e-mail, phone or address details).
    • An invitation to return for the next season will only be offered to seasonal boaters in good standing.
    • Timber Banks reserves the right to re-assign slips from year-to-year, as its sole discretion.
    • Prices are subject to change.
