Gary L. Pooler

Gary is the project sponsor and has over
forty years experience in earthwork, site and land development.
Experience, knowledge and innovation are the hallmarks of the
success of Gary Pooler’s companies and career. Gary formed
Pooler Enterprises in 1983 to purchase, repair and lease/sell
large earthmoving equipment. Gary is an early adopter in
earthwork technology and provides value-engineering concepts to
contractors and developers such as balancing earthwork (ie.
where and when to use topsoil for fill) and other useful options
to facilitate work and provide cost savings. Over the
years, Pooler has built its reputation as one of the best and
most complete sitework contractors in Upstate New York.
Gary’s fleet for earthmoving equipment is regarded as one of the
largest in the Northeast.

William has over twenty years experience
with land planning and real estate development projects.
His background includes partnership in a private consulting
firm; managing site development and engineering for a large
private grocery chain, and project management for government
projects. Mr. Price is a graduate of Syracuse University,
where he studied Landscape Architecture. His education and
experience bring strong management skills and a keen eye for
design to Timber Banks.
James Parrillo - Project
Manager
Permitting | Website Management
James has over 11 years experience in
project management in the commercial and residential real estate
fields. Mr. Parrillo is a New York State licensed Real
Estate Broker, and holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning
from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr.
Parrillo has worked closely with local and State governments and
agencies for the necessary permits and approvals required for
Timber Banks.
Dawn Noto - Office Manager
Dawn keeps our office running smoothly.
She effortlessly juggles real estate closings, project tracking,
regulatory and compliance issues, as well as day-to-day office
management. Mrs. Noto is also the President of the Susan
B. Anthony Neighborhood Association.
