Plan and Design

Current plans include:

  • 665 residential units
  •  Over 50% green space
  •  175 acre Nicklaus Design eighteen-hole championship golf course ranging from 5,240 to 7,230 yards in length. (Course not yet rated for hole handicaps or slope)
  •  Public access marina to the Seneca River will be adjacent to the golf course, clubhouse and walking trails for unparalleled combinations for leisure time enjoyment.
  •  Landscaped entry parkway, tree lined streets, sidewalks, charming light posts and a nature trail all lend to create a pedestrian friendly walkable community.
  •  Three construction phases of site development from North to South:
    •  Phase I: Northern residential area, community village area (retail/commercial/office), Timber Banks Golf Course and Marina
    •  Phase 2: Central residential area
    •  Phase 3: Southern residential area
  •  Each Phase will have a variety of housing products available including Townhomes, Patio Homes, Duplexes, Triplexes, Single Family Residences, and Estate Homes.  No single housing type will dominate any phase.
  •  Each phase will be developed with the same care and consideration for walkability, access, housing variety, and general beauty.
  •  Miles of walking trails take you through woodlands year-round.
