Timber Banks encompasses 884 acres of rolling topography along the Seneca River with open meadows, wetlands, and mature woodlands.

The project is being developed as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to offer a range of residential types, a mixed use village core, golf course, marina and walking trails.
