Marina
Timber Banks Marina is in development and
is anticipated to receive public approvals in 2008.
It will be a public marina with an enclosed harbor off of the
Seneca River. The marina will have golf course views and
is within a few hundred feet of the clubhouse at Timber Banks
Golf Course.
The marina will feature 45 – 50 slips with convenient access to
available services such as:
- Ample parking immediately adjacent to
the marina
- Electric / water services
- Pedestrian access to Timber Banks
amenities such as Golf, clubhouse / restroom facilities,
walking trails, and the village center.
- Seasonal slip rentals available
for residents of Timber Banks
- 20% of slips available for
transient boaters and for short term stays (7-10 days)
