Marina
Timber Banks Marina is under way.
It will be a public marina with an enclosed harbor off of the
Seneca River. The marina will have golf course views and
is within a few hundred feet of the clubhouse at Timber Banks
Golf Course.
The marina will feature 65 slips with convenient access to
available services such as:
- Ample parking immediately adjacent to
the marina
- Water and Electric Pedestals offer
twin 50 amp services
- Pedestrian access to Timber Banks
amenities such as Golf, clubhouse / restroom facilities,
walking trails, and the village center.
- Seasonal slip rentals available
for residents of Timber Banks
- 20% of slips available for
transient boaters and for short term stays (7-10 days)
- Storage bins can be placed on
boardwalk
- Lighted boardwalk
- Restrooms, Ice Machine and Vending
Machines at the Marina
- Sanitary pump out available to season
slip renters and visiting boaters
- Marina located at the Timber Banks
Golf Clubhouse
Seasonal Slip Rental Rates:
Boats up to 20’ in length: $1,000 / season
Boats greater than 20’ in length: $50 per foot / season
A $250 reservation deposit is required prior to the boating season.
Installment payments are available. Payment in full due by April
1st.
